US Patent Issued to FAKRO PP Sp. z o. o. on Sept. 30 for "Bracket" (Polish Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,428,849, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to FAKRO PP Sp. z o. o. (Nowy Sacz, Poland).

"Bracket" was invented by Boguslaw Kasinski (Limanowa, Poland) and Bartlomiej Mos (Nawojowa, Poland).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A bracket designed for mounting on flat panel hole is constructed out of base. Base includes plate. Plate includes at least one latching foot to seat the bracket in an assembly position in at least one hole in flat panel, and lower gap for edge of appropriate hole in flat panel is between plate and each latching foot."
