ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,344,572, issued on July 1, was assigned to Factor Bioscience Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.).

"Cationic lipids and transfection methods" was invented by Matthew Angel (Cambridge, Mass.), Franklin Kostas (Cambridge, Mass.) and Christopher Rohde (Cambridge, Mass.).
