ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,280,612, issued on April 22, was assigned to FABRICA NACIONAL DE MONEDA Y TIMBRE-REAL CASA DE LA MONEDA (Spain) and CONSEJO SUPERIOR DE INVESTIGACIONES CIENTIFICAS (Spain).
