ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,312,582, issued on May 27, was assigned to Exosome Diagnostics Inc. (Waltham, Mass.).

"Method for isolation of nucleic acid containing particles and extraction of nucleic acids therefrom" was invented by Johan Karl Olov Skog (Lincoln, Mass.) and Leileata M. Russo (New York).
