ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,378,608, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to Exosome Diagnostics Inc. (Waltham, Mass.).

"Methods for developing urine biomarkers and for detecting bladder cancer" was invented by Robert Kitchen (Somerville, Mass.), Elena Castellanos-Rizaldos (Waltham, Mass.), Mia Sher (Maynard, Mass.), James Hurley (Marblehead, Mass.), Dalin Chan (Brighton, Mass.), Georg Stoll (Munich), Wei Yu (Belmont, Mass.) and Johan Skog (Lincoln, Mass.).
