ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,351,861, issued on July 8, was assigned to EUROIMMUN Medizinische Labordiagnostika AG (Luebeck, Germany).

"Cross-contamination control" was invented by Ulf Steller (Buchholz, Germany), Susanne Zieseniss (Gross Groenau, Germany) and Jenny Voss (Tangstedt, Germany).
