"Composite materials comprising amyloid fibrils and nanoparticulate nutritional minerals" was invented by Sreenath Bolisetty (Zurich, Switzerland), Michael Zimmermann (Rapperswil, Switzerland), Yi Shen (Birmingham, Great Britain) and Raffaele Mezzenga (Volketswil, Switzerland).
