US Patent Issued to ETH Zurich, Universiteit Utrecht Holding on June 3 for "Diffractive optical element" (Swiss, Dutch Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,320,996, issued on June 3, was assigned to ETH Zurich (Zurich) and Universiteit Utrecht Holding B.V. (Utrecht, Netherlands).

"Diffractive optical element" was invented by David J. Norris (Zurich, Switzerland), Nolan Lassaline (Zurich, Switzerland), Raphael Brechbuhler (Aarau, Switzerland) and Freddy Rabouw (Utrecht, Netherlands).
