US Patent Issued to EPISTAR on Sept. 16 for "Light-emitting device" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,419,147, issued on Sept. 16, was assigned to EPISTAR Corp. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Light-emitting device" was invented by Chao-Hsing Chen (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Meng-Hsiang Hong (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Chi-Shiang Hsu (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Yen-Liang Kuo (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Chien-Ya Hung (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Yong-Yang Chen (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Yu-Ling Lin (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and Xue-Cheng Yao (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
