US Patent Issued to EPISTAR on Nov. 18 for "Pixel package" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,477,864, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to EPISTAR Corp. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Pixel package" was invented by Chao Chi Tu (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Chung Che Dan (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Wei Shan Hu (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and Ching Tai Cheng (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
