ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,364,704, issued on July 22, was assigned to EPALEX Corp. (Mountain View, Calif.).
"Fospropofol salts, methods and compositions" was invented by Randall B. Murphy (Mountain View, Calif.), Steven L. Krill (San Clemente, Calif.) and Samuel Andrew (Cambridge, Great Britain).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure pertains to pharmaceutically acceptable salts of fospropofol and their use to treat migraine."
