ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,378,195, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to Enveric Biosciences Canada Inc. (Calgary, Canada).
"Aminated psilocybin derivatives and methods of using" was invented by Jillian M. Hagel (Calgary, Canada), Peter J. Facchini (Calgary, Canada) and Chang-Chun Ling (Calgary, Canada).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed are novel aminated psilocybin derivative compounds and pharmaceutical and recreational drug formulations containing the same. The aminated psilocybin derivative compounds may be chemically synthesized."
