US Patent Issued to ENTEGRIS on May 20 for "Hydrophobic membranes and membrane distillation methods" (Massachusetts Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,303,836, issued on May 20, was assigned to ENTEGRIS INC. (Billerica, Mass.).

"Hydrophobic membranes and membrane distillation methods" was invented by Vinay Goel (Acton, Mass.), Jad A. Jaber (Westford, Mass.) and Saksatha Ly (Lexington, Mass.).
