US Patent Issued to ENTEGRIS on June 17 for "Self-locking manifold and filter" (Taiwanese, South Korean Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,330,105, issued on June 17, was assigned to ENTEGRIS INC. (Billerica, Mass.).

"Self-locking manifold and filter" was invented by Kobold Yang (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Han Yi Wang (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Bob Shie (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and Hee Jun Yang (Songpa-gu, South Korea).
