ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,354,897, issued on July 8, was assigned to ENTEGRIS INC. (Billerica, Mass.).

"Substrate container with door gasket" was invented by Aaron Vestal (Colorado Springs, Colo.) and Matthew A. Fuller (Colorado Springs, Colo.).
