ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,343,671, issued on July 1, was assigned to ENTEGRIS INC. (Billerica, Mass.).
"Gas-processing systems and methods" was invented by Charles H. Applegarth (San Luis Obispo, Calif.), Gary Le (Westminster, Calif.), Luke D'Antonio (San Luis Obispo, Calif.) and Matthew Schlotterbeck (Atascadero, Calif.).
