ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,528,032, issued on Jan. 20, was assigned to Enplas Corp. (Saitama, Japan).

"Mesh filter and fluid handling device" was invented by Shigeru Uemura (Saitama, Japan) and Koji Noguchi (Saitama, Japan).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention provides a mesh filter having superior handling performance for liquid-solution lyophilizates. This mesh filter 130 has a mesh 131, and liquid-solution lyophilizates 132 affixed to the mesh."

The patent was filed on Feb. 2, 2021, under Application No. 17/796,880.
