ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,224,704, issued on Feb. 11, was assigned to Enertopia Corp. (Kelowna, Canada).

"Heat recovery system" was invented by Barry Richard Brooks (Pilot Hill, Calif.), Albert Clark Rich (Carmichael, Calif.) and Mark E. Snyder (Poway, Calif.).
