ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,440,832, issued on Oct. 14, was assigned to ENERKEM INC. (Montreal).

"Liquid phase removal of trace of iodide from an organic media using tertiary amine ion exchange adsorbent" was invented by Charles Bureau (Monteal, Canada), Boris Valsecchi (Montreal) and Jean-Philippe Ross (Montreal).
