US Patent Issued to ENEOS on March 18 for "Refrigerator oil and refrigerator working fluid composition" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,252,662, issued on March 18, was assigned to ENEOS Corp. (Tokyo).

"Refrigerator oil and refrigerator working fluid composition" was invented by Yohei Shono (Tokyo), Tatsuki Nakajima (Tokyo), Shogo Hashimoto (Tokyo), Yuya Mizutani (Tokyo) and Hidetoshi Ogata (Tokyo).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "One aspect of the present invention is a refrigerating machine oil comprising a base oil, a dithiophosphoric acid ester, and a phosphonate ester."

The patent was filed on Feb. 19, 2020, under Application No. 17/428,439.
