US Patent Issued to Element Science on Sept. 30 for "External defibrillator" (California, Colorado, Massachusetts Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,427,329, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to Element Science Inc. (San Francisco).

"External defibrillator" was invented by Uday N. Kumar (San Francisco), Zachary J. Malchano (Boston), Maarten Dinger (San Francisco), Timothy Bahney (Edwards, Colo.) and Frank Garcia (Redwood City, Calif.).
