ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,359,321, issued on July 15, was assigned to Electronic Solutions Technology Taiwan Ltd. (Hsinchu County, Taiwan).
"Stripper composition and cleaning method" was invented by Wen-Tsai Tsai (Hsinchu County, Taiwan) and Kai-Hsuan Chang (Hsinchu County, Taiwan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A stripper composition and a cleaning method are provided. The stripper composition includes an amine-based compound (A), a fatty acid (B) and a solvent (C). Based on a total usage amount of 100 wt % of the stripper composition, a usage amount of water is 1 wt % or less."
