US Patent Issued to Electrolux Appliances Aktiebolag on Aug. 5 for "Dishwasher with detergent dispenser" (Swedish Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,376,728, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to Electrolux Appliances Aktiebolag (Stockholm).

"Dishwasher with detergent dispenser" was invented by Kristian Reunanen (Stockholm) and Ivar Siosteen (Varmdo, Sweden).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A dishwasher detergent dispenser having a set of restraints configured to retain a detergent tablet in a cavity of the detergent dispenser, and a water outlet configured to release water to a top section of the detergent dispenser."

The patent was filed on March 25, 2024, under Application No. 18/615,780.
