"Generating content based on a captured IP address associated with a visit to an electronic resource" was invented by Stacy B. Griggs (Louisville, Ky.), David T. Stadler III (Louisville, Ky.), Richard M. Teachout III (Louisville, Ky.) and Benjamin Charles Woolley (Bothell, Wash.).
