According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new cultivar of Agapanthus plant named 'FO21WM111' that is characterized by its short leaves, its high quantity of flowers per umbel that are white in color, its floriferous habit with flowering commencing early in the season, and its relatively short pedicels."
