ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,397,064, issued on Aug. 26, was assigned to ECOLE POLYTECHNIQUE FEDERALE DE LAUSANNE ((EPFL) Lausanne, Switzerland).
"Virucidal nanoparticles and use thereof against influenza virus" was invented by Caroline Tapparel Vu (Chene-Bougeries, Switzerland), Valeria Cagno (Vinzel, Switzerland), Ozgun Kocabiyik (Cambridge, Mass.) and Francesco Stellacci (Morges, Switzerland).
