ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,534,590, issued on Jan. 27, was assigned to Eastman Chemical Co. (Kingsport, Tenn.).

"Recycle content cyclobutane diol polyester" was invented by David Eugene Slivensky (Tatum, Texas), Kenny Randolph Parker (Afton, Tenn.), William Lewis Trapp (Kingsport, Tenn.), Daryl Bitting (Longview, Texas), Michael Gary Polasek (Longview, Texas) and Xianchun Wu (Longview, Texas).
