ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,543,912, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Dyson Technology Ltd. (Malmesbury, Great Britain).
"Floor cleaner dock" was invented by Oliver Dodgson (Swindon, Great Britain).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A dock for a floor cleaner is provided. The dock includes a receiving unit for receiving the floor cleaner, and a reservoir for containing liquid. A nozzle is arranged to spray a floor cleaner received in the receiving unit with liquid from the reservoir such that an agitating cleaning effect is provided."
The patent was filed on Nov. 24, 2021, under Application No. 18/266,966.
