ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,361,463, issued on July 15, was assigned to Dynamics Inc. (Cheswick, Pa.).

"Powered cards and devices designed, programmed, and deployed from a kiosk" was invented by Jeffrey D. Mullen (Pittsburgh) and Michael T. Wallace (Payson, Ariz.).
