ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. PP37,051, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to Dummen Group B.V. (De Lier, Netherlands).

"Phlox plant named 'Dophlodalepi'" was invented by Ellen van Sambeek (Oegstgeest, Netherlands).
