ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. PP36,567, issued on March 25, was assigned to Dummen Group B.V. (De Lier, Netherlands).

"Fuchsia plant named 'Dofuchbalpir'" was invented by Lieke de Mulder (Rijkevoort, Netherlands) and Arjan Koot (Oeffelt, Netherlands).
