US Patent Issued to Dow Silicones on March 25 for "Curable silicone-(meth)acrylate composition and methods for its preparation and use" (South Korean Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,258,503, issued on March 25, was assigned to Dow Silicones Corp. (Midland, Mich.).

"Curable silicone-(meth)acrylate composition and methods for its preparation and use" was invented by Juyoung Yook (Chungcheongbuk-do, South Korea) and Yoonyoung Kim (Gwank-gu, South Korea).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A curable silicone-(meth)acrylate pressure sensitive composition is curable via hydrosilylation reaction to form a silicone-(meth)acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive with an initial adhesion.
