US Patent Issued to Dow Silicones on March 18 for "Aqueous liquid hand dishwashing detergent formulation" (Belgian Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,252,665, issued on March 18, was assigned to Dow Silicones Corp. (Midland, Mich.).

"Aqueous liquid hand dishwashing detergent formulation" was invented by Saugata Nad (Brussels), Serge Creutz (Liege, Belgium) and Christel Simon (Lobbes, Belgium).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Aqueous liquid hand dishwashing detergent formulation, is provided including water; an anionic surfactant; and a suds enhancing additive, wherein the suds enhancing additive is a polyacrylic acid homopolymer having a molecular weight of 1,000 to 7,500 Daltons."

The patent was filed on Oct. 14, 2020, under Application No. 17/637,649.
