ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,473,399, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to Dow Global Technologies LLC (Midland, Mich.).

"Low foaming hydraulic fluids having biodegradable polyalkylene glycol rheology modifiers useful in subsea applications" was invented by Martin R. Greaves (Baar, Switzerland) and Jochem Kersbulck (Hoek, Netherlands).
