ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,351,778, issued on July 8, was assigned to Dow Global Technologies LLC (Midland, Mich.), Rohm and Haas Co. (Collegeville, Pa.) and Dow Silicones Corp. (Midland, Mich.).

"Laundry detergent formulation with biodegradable antiredeposition agent" was invented by Scott Backer (Phoenixville, Pa.), Randara Pulukkody (Lansdale, Pa.), John B. Case Jr. (Perkasie, Pa.), Saugata Nad (Brussels) and Sangeeta Sanjeev Patel (Mumbai, India).
