ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,398,299, issued on Aug. 26, was assigned to Dow Global Technologies LLC (Midland, Mich.), Dow Silicones Corp. (Midland, Mich.) and Rohm and Haas Co. (Collegeville, Pa.).
