ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,491,412, issued on Dec. 9, was assigned to Doskocil Manufacturing Co. Inc. (Arlington, Texas).

The outer layer is provided over the intermediate layer. The outer layer includes rubber."
