ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,302,368, issued on May 13, was assigned to DISH Wireless LLC (Englewood, Colo.).

"Method and system for traffic shaping at the DU/CU to artificially reduce the total traffic load on the radio receiver so that not all the TTLs are carrying data" was invented by Dhaval Mehta (Englewood, Colo.) and Amit Pathania (Englewood, Colo.).
