ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,310,366, issued on May 27, was assigned to Discovery Purchaser Corp. (Wilmington, Del.).

"Herbicidal compositions for animal grazelands and methods for applying the same" was invented by Harold Quicke (Cary, N.C.), David R. Spak (Cary, N.C.), Derek J. Sebastian (Greeley, Colo.) and Roland Maynard (Chapel Hill, N.C.).
