US Patent Issued to DISCO on July 22 for "Manufacturing method of protective-component-provided workpiece" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,365,118, issued on July 22, was assigned to DISCO Corp. (Tokyo).

"Manufacturing method of protective-component-provided workpiece" was invented by Norihisa Arifuku (Tokyo) and Masamitsu Kimura (Tokyo).
