ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,491,458, issued on Dec. 9, was assigned to DelStar Technologies Inc. (Alpharetta, Ga.) and LMS Technologies Inc. (Bloomington, Minn.).
