ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,373,299, issued on July 29, was assigned to Dell Products LP (Round Rock, Texas).

"Just-in-time filesystem-based ransomware backup" was invented by Seth Jacob Rothschild (Littleton, Mass.) and Farida Shafik (Cairo).
