ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,318,374, issued on June 3, was assigned to Deciphera Pharmaceuticals LLC (Waltham, Mass.).

"Compositions of 1-(4-bromo-5-(1-ethyl-7-(methylamino)-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-1,6-naphthyridin-3-yl)-2-fluoropheyl)-3-phenylurea" was invented by Michael D. Kaufman (Waltham, Mass.), Scott Bone (Bend, Ore.), Corey Bloom (Bend, Ore.) and Fred Jordan (Bend, Ore.).
