ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. PP36,802, issued on July 1, was assigned to Danziger "DAN" Flower Farm (Israel).
"Helianthus plant named 'DHELSOSKBB'" was invented by Gavriel Danziger (Beit Dagan, Israel).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new and distinct cultivar of Helianthus plant named 'DHELSOSKBB' is disclosed, characterized by large orange and yellow inflorescences. Plants are well-branched, vigorous, and have good longevity. The new variety is a Helianthus, normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant."
The patent was filed on Dec. 4, 2024, under Application No. 18/967,915.
