ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,503,453, issued on Dec. 23, was assigned to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Inc. (Boston).
"USP7 inhibition" was invented by Sara Buhrlage (Somerville, Mass.) and Xiaoxi Liu (Burlington, Mass.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed herein are inhibitors of deubiquitinating (DUB) enzyme USP7 (Ubiquitin Specific Protease 7). Also provided are methods of treating a disease or disorder modulated by USP7."
