ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,491,311, issued on Dec. 9, was assigned to DAEGU GYEONGBUK INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (Daegu, South Korea).
