ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,329,753, issued on June 17, was assigned to Cyrano Therapeutics Inc. (Delray Beach, Fla.).
"Phosphodiesterase inhibitor treatment" was invented by Robert I. Henkin (Bethesda, Md.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Methods and compositions are disclosed for the treatment of diseases or conditions produced by or associated with low cyclic nucleotide levels. The compositions comprise phosphodiesterase inhibitors and are formulated for intranasal and pulmonary administration."
