US Patent Issued to Cypress Semiconductor on March 18 for "Nano-power capacitance-to-digital converter" (Dutch, Irish, American Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,254,155, issued on March 18, was assigned to Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (San Jose, Calif.).

"Nano-power capacitance-to-digital converter" was invented by Paul M. Walsh (Cork, Ireland), Said Hussaini (Delft, Netherlands), Dermot MacSweeney (Cork, Ireland), Hui Jiang (Delft, Netherlands) and Kofi Makinwa (San Jose, Calif.).
