ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,527,755, issued on Jan. 20, was assigned to CyDex Pharmaceuticals Inc. (San Diego).

"Formulations containing acetaminophen and sulfoalkyl ether cyclodextrin" was invented by James D. Pipkin (Lawrence, Kan.), Gerold L. Mosher (Kansas City, Mo.) and Roger A. Rajewski (Lawrence, Kan.).
