ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,410,262, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Cybrexa 2 Inc. (New Haven, Conn.).
"Peptide conjugates of cytotoxins as therapeutics" was invented by Daniel Richard Marshall (New Haven, Conn.), Johanna Marie Csengery (New Fairfield, Conn.), Robert John Maguire (New Haven, Conn.) and Robert A. Volkmann (Mystic, Conn.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to peptide conjugates of cytotoxins such as topoisomerase I inhibitors which are useful for the treatment of diseases such as cancer."
